Wahoo Public Schools is seeking qualified applicants for this position for the 2023-2024 school year. Extra duty positions are available, but not required.

Non-Certified Positions:
HIGH SCHOOL ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
Wahoo Public Schools is currently seeking applications for the position of High School Administrative Assistant. The hours for this position will be 7:30 a.m.-4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday during days in which school is in session. Some intermittent hours throughout the summer may be required. The applicant must possess technology skills, such as Microsoft Office and the Google Suite, and understand the basic functions of computer databases. Additionally, applicants must have great communication skills, be able to multitask, enjoy interacting with teenagers, be willing to work with the public, and be flexible in learning new skills and responsibilities. COOKS
Wahoo Public Schools is taking applications for two cook positions (one in the elementary and one in the middle/high school). All training and CDL classes for bus drivers will be paid by the district. If hired, you will be required to pass a drug screening and background check. BUS DRIVERS
Wahoo Public Schools is taking applications for substitute and activity bus drivers. All training and CDL classes for bus drivers will be paid by the district. If hired, you will be required to pass a drug screening and background check.
SUBSTITUTE PARAPROFESSIONALS & KITCHEN HELP
Wahoo Public Schools is seeking substitute paraprofessionals and kitchen help. Interested persons will fill in for a para or cook who is not able to be to work that day. These positions are for substituting only, on days that students are in session. Once a background check has been completed, you will be placed on the call list.

Locust, Wahoo, NE 68066 for an application, or scroll to the bottom of this page to download a non-certified application. All applicants are required to fill out a background check form.
