2023 Kids Summer Institute schedule now posted!

Annual program offers numerous summer workshops for PreK-8 students

Hello and welcome to Kids Summer Institute 2023!

This program is co-sponsored by the Wahoo Public Schools and the Wahoo Community Chest. The Kids Sumer Institute program is for children in Saunders County during the month of June. Classes include a variety of workshops sure to catch the imagination and interest of your child!

A majority of the workshops are held at Wahoo Elementary School, but be sure to note locations, as a few local "places of interest" are hosting their own workshops this summer.

Class sizes are limited, so sign up soon to ensure a spot!

Please contact KSI Coordinator Andrea Parson with any questions you may have about the program, and with ideas and interests your child may have for class panning for next summer. So check your summer activities schedule and get signed up today! Children may sign up for as many classes as they can fit into their schedules.

ATTENTION PARENTS: Please check your summer activities of vacations, camps, swimming lessons, etc. before signing up for sessions. There will be no refunds after June 1, except in cases of emergency. A child can sign up for any number of classes. After one week of registration, sometimes a class is filled. You might want to call before you send the tuition and registration. Tuition must be sent with registrations. Enrollment is on a first-come, first-served basis. No class space will be held by phone calls.

IMPORTANT REMINDER: Please be prompt in picking up your child. There is no supervision on the playground during the summer. Children are not to be left to be picked up later. Our teachers are only available for the hours they are instructing. Thank you.
