Over 50% of WPS Staff Now Know Their Numbers
Three Rivers Offers Free Personal Health Risk Assessments
On April 29/30, staff members of Wahoo Public Schools had the opportunity to get to “Know Their Numbers.”
Three Rivers District Health Department came to our campus to offer Personal Health Risk Assessments for employees as a part of our staff wellness program. Over 50% of our employees took part in this offering. Staff completed a health questionnaire and took a blood screening to determine their total cholesterol, triglycerides, HDL, LDL, and glucose levels. “Knowing Your Numbers” is an important part in determining what part of your wellness plan needs to be addressed. Once the health questionnaire data is compiled, Three Rivers District Health Department will be following up with staff to offer suggestions for improving their individual wellness plans.
