WHS Student Council Helps to Welcome Incoming Freshmen
StuCo Members Host Fashion Show at Annual Orientation

On Tuesday, August 16, students, parents, and teachers all joined together for the first school activity of the year: Freshman Orientation.
Members of Student Council and National Honor Society greeted and showed nervous upcoming freshmen the roots of high school.
These new freshman were busy with their mini school schedule, where they were able to visit each class and meet new teachers before the first day of school. They also were able to do health screenings, take school pictures, sign up for after school activities, catch up with friends, and see a "What Not to Wear Fashion Show," as well as win lots of fun prizes.
Although their journey is just beginning, these upcoming freshmen are ready for what lies ahead.
