On November 11, 2010, WHS Senior Morgan Hancock signed a national letter of intent to play softball for the University of South Dakota next fall.
The University of South Dakota is a Division I college in Vermillion, South Dakota. Hancock received a full ride scholarship (room, board, fees, and tuition) to attend this four-year university. She was also looking at very nice offers from Division II colleges, such as Augustana and UNO.
Based on visits to all three schools she felt USD was the right fit for her. She is excited to get her education and still be able to play the sport she loves the most!
