FBLA Members Bring Home 5 Awards from 2011 Midland University Business Competition

Thirteen WHS Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA) students attended the Midland University Business Competition on Tuesday, February 15, 2011, bringing home 5 awards!
“The students did an awesome job. This is the best performance we’ve had at Midland,” stated WHS FBLA Adviser Barb Shanahan.
Those placing at the event were: Ethan Harders – 3rd place in Accounting II; Josh Discher – 4th place in Business Calculations; Josh Greenwalt – 5th place in FBLA Principals and Procedures; and Kelsey Meyer – 5th place in Accounting II and 6th place in Job Interview.
Students also took part in a Quiz Bowl competition to be beat out in the first round by Omaha Benson.
