Students Learn How to Install Vinyl Siding
Launch the media gallery 1 playerThis year Mr. Herrera's construction class is learning many different skills used in construction, but are currently focused on installing vinyl siding on the garage behind the school.
The class has been working hard since the beginning of the school year to finish the improvements to the aging storage building before the cold weather arrives. The siding should improve the appearance of the building and give the students some good experience learning a valuable skill in the construction industry.
The class is made up of, from left, Tyson Tonniges, Dan Foster, Kyle Melia, Jose Sotelo, Zach White, and Sydney Hancock.
